As part of the server [upgrade] process, our service will be migrated to a new server that meets the requirements of our increasing demand. so there may be some downtime while we work on getting everything up and running again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work on making improvements. 

This upgrade will allow us to take advantage of the latest technology available, which will improve our website's loading times and overall responsiveness. We believe that this upgrade will be beneficial for our users and will help us to provide a better experience for everyone.

Your account will be migrated to a new server that entails the IP address change for your domain(s). This is an important part of the account migration process. If all your domains use Infinity Domain DNS nameservers i.e. ns*.supercp.com or your custom nameservers are currently linked to the Infinity Domain DNS cluster, the migration will be seamless for you and domains will be switched to the new IP automatically.

 

If you use third-party nameservers (not related to Infinity Domain Hosting DNS), you will need to update the A records with the new server IP after the migration is complete. Domains that use third party nameservers will show a suspension page until the A records are updated from your side.

 

The migration is at least 24 hours away, but we want to give you time to prepare for the migration.

 

This notification does not require any confirmation from your side. We will send you notifications when we are ready to start the account migration and when the migration is completed.

 

 

Although this migration is a routine procedure for us and has about a 99.9% success rate, we encourage you to thoroughly check your websites after the migration is completed.

 

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our systems.
